Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless one of the following situations applies to your order. 

  • Your order was damaged during the shipping process
  • You were shipped an item different than that of your order
  • Your order is defective due to manufacturing oversight

If any of the above applies to you, contact us immediately upon receiving your order so that we can re-ship the appropriate items and provide instructions for returning any defective items. Please include the following:

  1. your order number
  2. a description of what needs to be corrected
  3. the name under which your order was placed

Note: In the states of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – Zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law. Products with any amount of Delta-9 content must not be shipped to these states.
