Statement of Compliance

The Buffalo Hemp Company is committed to growing, processing, and manufacturing high-quality legal hemp-derived products including edibles, topicals, concentrates, vapes, as well as Virginia’s best flower.

To ensure the safety and quality of our products we utilize third-party testing facilities primarily within the state of Virginia. Test results are made public for your review directly from the testing facility.

Locate a product from the list below to view, share, or print the official compliance document (COA) certifying the cannabinoid content (total THC, CBD, CBG, etc) as legal in the state of Virginia (< 0.3% Delta-9 THC).

THC-A: All products contain less than 0.3% hemp derived Delta 9 THC in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. These products are not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont

DELTA-9 THC: All CBD/Hemp products must be compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp is defined under the 2018 Farm Bill to include any cannabis plant, or derivative thereof, that contains not more than 0.3% Delta-9 content.

Note: In the states of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – Zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law. Products with any amount of Delta-9 content must not be shipped to these states.

DELTA-8 THC: These products are not available for shipment to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia
