Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless one of the following situations applies to your order.
- Your order was damaged during the shipping process
- You were shipped an item different than that of your order
- Your order is defective due to manufacturing oversight
If any of the above applies to you, contact us immediately upon receiving your order so that we can re-ship the appropriate items and provide instructions for returning any defective items.
